Our leathers come from a tannery located in Igualada, in the Barcelona region (Spain). Igualada est le berceau européen du cuir depuis le 18ème siècle. Nous utilisons exclusivement du cuir de veau pleine fleur de première qualité. La “Rolls” pour tout amateur de beau cuir.

Les peaux viennent d’un élevage de proximité, dans la région de Girona, à seulement 150 km de la tannerie. 

Cette traçabilité est ce qui nous permet de garantir un cuir haut de gamme, durable et produit dans le respect de l’environnement et du bien-être animal. 

The use of wood, and in particular roundels, is our signature.

We have chosen to use exclusively walnut wood, considered one of the most precious woods in the country (present in Switzerland for 4000 years). In order to underline the origins of Woodskine, we strive to use exclusively walnut wood of Swiss origin.

For the manufacture of our pieces, it is in a cabinet making workshop near Lausanne, Switzerland, that they are machined.

To allow the union between these two noble materials, walnut wood and calf leather, we use exclusively custom-made brass metal parts.

To manufacture our parts, we call upon two workshops based in the Barcelona and Madrid areas. They have been working for more than 50 years in the service of the most prestigious luxury brands.

To satisfy the requirements of their most prestigious customers, they have chosen to work only with brass. We have made the same choice, for you.

The lining (inner part of the bag) is not visible at first glance but you are constantly in contact with it. So it's a choice not to be taken lightly.

To ensure optimal quality and durability over time, we looked for the best. For us, the lining should be pleasant to the touch, visually beautiful, easy to clean and scratch resistant.

In the end, we found it in Germany (in Pirmasens): a microfiber lining, made in Germany (a leading country in high-tech fabrics).
